There are many reasons why someone may want to post ads on Craigslist and for those people who try to post ads they often get frustrated with the anti-spam measures that Craigslist has enacted so they are looking to hire an outsourcer to post ads on Craigslist for them. Craigslist has many anti-spam features, such as requiring you to verify your account by receiving a phone call, verifying your email address, not being able to post more than a few ads per day, not being able to usually post ads in a location that is located differently that your IP address, etc… For someone this can become very frustrating when you are trying to post many ads on Craigslist. So what can you do? Well, you can become a professional and learn how Craigslist works and keep up with all their changes, or you could hire an outsourced worker who does this for a living and have them post ads on Craigslist for you.

How much will an outsourced worker charge you for this job? Well, you can hire a person and pay them per post. I have seen people paywhere from $1 to $3 per successful post. This can add up quickly if you need a large quantity of ads posted. The other option is to hire someone hourly and pay them $5-10 per hour. Within an hour someone with experience should be able to post anywhere from 15-30 ads depending on how fast they work.

The question you will now ask is where to find these workers that will post on Craigslist for you. There are many places you can find them online, such as forums, outsourcing sites, or through friends. I would personally recommend an outsourcing site because here everything is tracked, you can see exactly what was done and how long it took, the payments are handled through the outsourcing site so there is never a discrepency about who did or didn’t get paid, and everything is in one place. You also have access to many different workers so you can hire multiple people at a time if you wish, or you can give people interviews before hiring them to make sure you are comfortable with them and know that they can get the job done well.

Posting ads on Craigslist is only getting harder. Craigslist is trying to make it hard for the people who post spam on their site, but they are also making it very hard for legitimate people to post ads on their site. You need to jump through hoops and even when you do that there is still a good chance your ad will get ghosted. What is “getting ghosted”, well, that means when you click on the link to your ad that Craigslist sent you, you will see the ad on their site and it will look like it is live and well… but if you try to navigate to your ad through Craigslist you won’t be able to find your ad. This means your ad got ghosted and what that means is that it is not live on the site so nobody will be seeing or replying to your ad.

I am working as an outsourced worker for a few years. It was a huge experience. I have worked with many people and I was a part of many big and small teams. Many of the projects have ended and some of them are still ongoing. I think these experiences are worth mentioning. It can help a lot of newcomers to choose whether outsourcing is suitable for them or not.

As I am still working as an outsourced worker, you can say that I am totally into it. But still all of the experiences were not pleasant. There are some difficulties in this profession. If you can overcome those, you will do well in this field. What I really enjoy as an outsourced worker is that the choice is mine. I can choose the job on my own. I can do it part time or full time according to my wish. This means I can do my work according to my need. To me freedom is the most valuable thing and office work will not give me that. In the office, I have to work according to the office schedule. But, in this filed I can choose the working time myself. I love challenge in what I do. Outsourcing is the most challenging field in my opinion. You have to be updated and continuously improve yourself to do well here. This brings out the best of anyone.

These are the reasons why I prefer outsourcing, but this is not with only good points. There are many things that I dislike being an outsourced worker. What I dislike most is that when I am working as an outsourced worker, I am not a part of anything. I may work for a company, but I am not part of that company. I work for them and they pay for my work. It is simple and convenient in many ways. That’s the reason the term outsourcing came, but the lack of established relationship sometimes bother me a lot. Another problem that I face is the lack of communication. There is no direct contact between me and the employer. So, I don’t get immediate help when I really need it. This lack of communication sometimes creates confusion and delays the work a lot. Sometimes I have to wait a whole day just for a confirmation or response. This irritates me a lot. Another thing that I really hate is that there is no guarantee in this profession. You may get a lot of work or you may have to wait for your preferred work. The timetable depends totally on the employer. We, the worker, don’t have any key to us. Another key problem is that it is hard to maintain social life being an outsourced worker. People don’t treat outsourcing as a total profession yet. They treat this as a part time job. You won’t get the honor and social status according to your hard work.

There are many problems in this field, but I think this is true for any profession. The key to do better as an outsourced worker is to provide good work and the ability to maintain long term relationship with the employer. People have started considering outsourcing as a valued profession. That’s a positive sign. Though there are many obstacles in this profession, this is the best one for me.

In the recent past, many people have resorted to freelance jobs. This is done through individual marketing, work-for-hire-sites and other online contracting companies. This work has it benefits and downsides too.

My major appreciation for freelance is the freedom to work from home and at my own time. This has been especially beneficial to me since I can further my studies, look after my household especially my little kid and pursue other interests and business on the side. Most tasks require just a few hours a day to complete, leaving me with the option of working either during the day or during the night.

In the current tough economic times when it is hard to find a job or working hours have been reduced leaving people with no source of income; freelance work offers a ray hope. Unlike a regular job with a specific job, freelancing on work-for-hire-sites give one a variety of contracts to choose from. This enables one to apply themselves on different tasks requiring different skills. Freelancing also offers those with regular jobs and opportunity to make extra income on the sides.

However, the downsides to freelancing may outweigh the benefits. To begin with, freelancing offers no job security. Sometimes one goes for a long period without work or doing very minimal work; like during the summer. Due to the number of job seekers in the market, competition for the few available jobs is very high and for this reason, contractors have to lower their rates to get a job. This results into offering one’s skills at low rates. In the end one can barely pay bills by working online.

Depending on the company, sometimes contractors are not paid for the jobs they have done. While some do not have escrow to ensure workers are dully paid, other companies fail to pay contractors for excuses that have no basis. This is usually very disheartening when one puts all effort into a job only to end up being disappointed.

While a normal day-job offers one \verifiable experience and references, Outsourced worked is mostly just a passing wind. This makes it hard when looking for jobs and one has ‘no work’ experience, never mind how long one has been a freelancer. Freelance also has no measurable growth. One cannot demonstrate career growth and consistency.

In many cases, employers use freelancing as an opportunity to find cheap work. This translates into low offers with most employers seeking to get the services at the lowest rate possible, not considering minimum wage or economic status. Most jobs offered do not have fees commensurate with the task and skill.

Even though freelancing jobs offer a good opportunity to make an income, the sites should be regulated, ensuring contractors earn their dues and jobs should be tagged with a minimum fee to keep off those seeking cheap or free work.
